The Opportunity
Watt acquired the 4.8 acre site in 2014, which at the time was home to a low density vacant warehouse directly adjacent to the Sugar House Streetcar light rail line which connected the rapidly growing business, educational and cultural center directly to downtown Salt Lake City.
The Solution
Watt successfully entitled, designed and constructed The Zeller - a 292 unit, Class A multifamily community, creating one of the premier residential experiences in Salt Lake City. The Zeller is fully amenitized, including an indoor workout facility, rooftop lounge area and an Olympic sized swimming pool.
